Booking Policy:-
For Corporate Bookings, Group Bookings minimum 50% advance is compulsory for One Day as well as overnight.
For individual bookings, 30% advance is required for confirmation.
Accommodation Includes:-
Please note all the rates provided are double occupancy rates. The above rate will include:-
Welcome Drink on arrival.
Unlimited Lunch (Veg food including starters.)
Unlimited High-tea (Evening tea/coffee ).
Unlimited Dinner (Veg food including starters.)
Unlimited Breakfast.
Room Amenities:-
Every Room will be provided with 2 Bath towels, 2 Hand Towel, Shower Gel &
Shampoo and Conditioner
An Extra towel or second service will be chargeable.
Guests are also requested to refrain from loud music /T.V. in the rooms.
Drivers Accommodation:-
Accommodation @ Rs. 1300/- per pax per night

Restaurant Timing:-
Breakfast – 09:00 am To 10:30 am
Lunch - 12:30 pm To 2:30 pm
High -Tea - 05:00 pm To 6:30 pm
Dinner - 08:30 pm To 10:00 pm
Note: Restaurant Buffet meal will be served in the decided area by the resort.
Check-IN & Check out timimgs :
Check-in: 12:00 Noon.
Check out: 10:30 am .
For one day Package
Check –in: 9 am.
Check-Out: 7 pm .
(If rooms are available, extra hours will be chargeable on half-day room tariff
basis)
Note – Food, Alcohol, Soft drinks & mineral water are strictly not allowed from
outside
and if found will be penalized.
Cancellation Policy:-
Amount paid will be Non – Refundable.
If in case, any emergency then the booking advance amount will be adjustable fully in next booking within 1 Month (Depending on availability).
Any Cancellations on the same day as of booking (applicable on all packages) will not be refunded or adjusted further.
Any Cancellation for Weekdays/Weekends/Holiday Booking will not be refunded or adjusted further.
Instructions: -
Eating Gutka, Panparag, Smoking and Spitting around in the campus and
parking area is strictly not allowed.
We assure you a pleasant stay at Serrano – The Nature Resort.
NOte
Only Pure Vegetarian food is served.
No Wi-Fi is available at property.
Idea & Jio are the only available mobile networks at property.
We do not accept Credit Card payments. No Swipe machine is available at property.
Personal belongings are strictly the owner’s responsibility.
Damage in any manner will be chargeable
Sincere request to our pet parents to kindly cooperate and look after them, so there is no inconvenience to our other guest.
Weekend price will be considered for all National & Regional holidays.
If rooms are available, extra hours will be chargeable on half-day room tariff basis.
Tariff is subject to change without prior notice and our seasonal rates will be on the higher side.
